Tues April 24 @ 7:00 pm – Join us for a pairing of fine prose and food! We welcome local author Bob Hartley to dish about his new crime thriller, North and Central. Set in the Windy City of the 1970s, a time of blizzards and disco and John Wayne Gacy, the novel spins a yarn of corrupt cops, street toughs, and a bartender on his last legs who may become a criminal to make ends meet.

As a way to evoke the mood of the book, we’ll have a Chicago-style pizza party with deep dish slices for everyone!

Are you tough enough to survive the grit and grime of an epic Chicago winter? Find out and fill up!

Refreshments will be provided and copies of North and Central will be available for purchase following the talk.

Register Here for this event.
