Volunteer & Community Service for Teens

Teens, Are You Looking for Projects to Fulfill Service Hours?

Look no further. Becoming a library volunteer is a great way to earn your service hours and make a real difference.

The Whitehall Public Library is looking for committed tech-savvy teen volunteers to become Technology Open House mentors.

What does this mean? Several times a month, the library hosts Technology Open House programs where older adults can come to the library armed with questions, laptops, gadgets and devices. They sit down with our local teen ‘experts’ who assist them with their technology-related questions. It’s fun and casual and everyone benefits!

You will be expected to commit to 5 or more 2-hour sessions.

For more information, email Licia.

*All Teen Volunteers must DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE a volunteer questionnaire and return it to the library’s front desk.
